Rebuilding Masjid Luqman shibran bi shibrin

As Salaamu alaykum,
Any effort worth undertaking will always have it's obstacles. First step in rebuilding Masjid Luqman is to address it's antiquated cedar-post foundation. We desire to replace the current cedar-post with concrete posts. However, the city has changed these requirements as of 2007 & will not allow us to proceed in this way. We must have the new foundation engineered. This may increase our original price by $3000 or so to just below $13,000. We are now seeking an engineer for the task. Please make du'a for the Masjid.

Rebuilding for the future

While other Masajid are adopting an assimilation / integration policy in the West, Masjid Luqman remains firm on what we found our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) upon. I.e. The Qur'an & Sunnah.
Masjid Luqman is in need of rebuilding & expansion for the good of the entire neighborhood & Ummah.
We are planning to open a neighborhood friendly daycare where we can positively affect the youth in the neighborhood surrounding the Masjid (as well as adults).
We are in need of several preliminary tasks fulfilled in order to move forward. Chiefly these include the assistance of an engineer & architect.
Please assist us in this effort for the good of your soul in the afterlife.
